How do I enter the Anniversary Grand Draw?
Each completed e-bike order placed during the Anniversary Sale automatically receives one entry. Multiple eligible orders earn multiple entries. Accessory-only orders do not qualify.
How does Spin & Win work?
Simply enter your email during the Anniversary Sale to spin — no purchase is required, and every spin wins. Rewards include discount vouchers and physical prizes.
Can I use a discount code on top of the Anniversary Sale price?
Yes. Anniversary Sale prices can be combined with one eligible coupon code per order. Coupon codes cannot be stacked with each other or used together with any other coupon code.
Can I buy the €99 Anniversary Bundle separately?
Yes. The €334 6-Piece Anniversary Bundle can be purchased separately for €99, limited to 200 sets while supplies last. The same bundle can also be won through Spin & Win or the Anniversary Grand Draw. Bundle-only purchases do not qualify for the Grand Draw.
When will the Grand Draw winners be announced?
Winners will be announced by September 20 on our Anniversary page, Facebook community, and by email. Winners will be contacted directly and must respond within 72 hours; otherwise, an alternate winner will be selected. Each participant can receive a maximum of one Grand Draw prize.
