Order Processing
- We typically process your orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Delivery Times

E-bikes: Shipped via DPD, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days after dispatch.

Accessories: Delivered by YunExpress, DHL, UPS, or DPD. Estimated delivery time is 15–20 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by logistics delays, especially during holidays or peak seasons.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on all orders from our store. Most products are shipped from our European warehouses to ensure fast delivery and a smooth shopping experience for customers within the EU.
Delivery Address
It is essentially important to provide us with complete and correct address. We are unable to change your shipping address once your shipments are prepared or orders are shipped.
If a package was return to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by you or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and your package will be re-shipped with additional shipping fee.
You should provide us a daytime telephone number on every order. Sometimes the packages will be returned to our warehouse as it is undeliverable. When the carrier return the undeliverable package to us, please contact service@gleecycle.com to make an agreement for reshipment.

Note for UK Customers: Customers located in the United Kingdom are kindly advised to place orders through our official UK sub-website (https://uk.gleecycle.com), which operates independently and provides localized service, shipping, and after-sales support.
Shipping to remote or island areas may not be available. If you are located in such an area, please contact us before placing your order.
