Returns & Refunds
This policy applies only to purchases made through our website gleecycle.com. We offer refunds or exchanges for electric bikes within 14 days of delivery.

Order Cancellation
Before Shipping Confirmation:

You can cancel your order before receiving the shipping confirmation email for a full refund.
After Shipping or Refusal of Delivery:

If the order has already shipped or you refuse delivery, you are responsible for shipping and return costs (approximately €200, depending on the courier).

For pending shipments or logistics delays, please email service@gleecycle.com to confirm shipping status before canceling.
If the item has shipped:

We will try to intercept the package.

If interception is successful, 95% of the order total will be refunded (handling fees deducted).

If interception fails, a refund will be issued only after the item is returned to our warehouse.
Accessory Orders

All accessory purchases are final sale and non-returnable.

You may cancel an accessory order only if it has not shipped and you have not received a tracking confirmation.

If unsure about compatibility of the accessory, please contact us before ordering.
Bike Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The bike must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

All original accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included.

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Return Shipping:

A return shipping fee of €200 (approx., depending on courier) applies if we arrange pickup.

If you arrange shipping yourself, we are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier.
Defective or Damaged Items

If your bike arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 14 days of delivery.

You are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Shipping fees for defective items are covered by us.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.

We cannot process refunds while the item is still in transit.

If the returned item or packaging is damaged or incomplete, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 20% of the total order value.
How to return
- Step 1. E-mail us at service@gleecycle.com within 14 days of product delivery with your order number and delivery day.
- Step 2. Take videos/photos of all packaging and item.
- Step 3. Once we accept your request for the return and, we will provide you with the correct address for return.
- Step 4. Once we receive the items we will inspect the items, and process the refund. It may take an additional 3-5 business days to fully process your return and issue your refund upon delivery. You'll get a notification once the refund is issued
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Do not return any item without prior written approval. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
