Warranty Policy

 

The warranty periods for the bicycles are as follows. If customers find non-human damage within the warranty period, we will send replacement parts free of charge.

After the warranty period expires, customers are responsible for the cost of replacement parts and shipping. All bicycles we sell are brand new, original factory products, and all parts are identical to the original components.

Front Fork / Handlebar / Seatpost 12 Free replacement for cracking, welding failure, or breakage.
Brake / Transmission System 6 Free replacement if cannot be repaired.
Tires / Seat / Kickstand / Pedals 3 Consumables damaged within 3 months are replaced free of charge.
Other Unspecified Parts 3 This policy covers other unspecified components, with a warranty period of 3 months.

Notes:

  • All after-sales issues require photo and video verification.
  • All parts are strictly guaranteed according to warranty terms.
  • Unauthorized modification of controller, battery, charger, or any components will void the warranty.
  • Gifts, consumables, and packaging accessories are not covered by the warranty.
  • Damage caused by human factors is not covered by the warranty.
