01 Why are these e-bikes discounted?

These are selected models that we offer at a reduced price for a limited period. The discount is a price promotion, not a change to the bike: it is the same new bike with the same specification.

02 Are the sale bikes new or refurbished?

All bikes we sell are brand new, original factory products. Sale models are not refurbished, ex-demo or customer returns.

03 What happens when a model sells out?

Stock on these models is limited, so a sold-out model may not be restocked soon. Once it is gone, the offer ends.

04 Does the warranty still apply?

Yes. Sale bikes are covered by the same Gleecycle warranty as full-price models, including frame, motor and battery coverage, plus our after-sales support.

05 Can I return a bike bought on sale?

Yes. The standard 14-day return policy applies as long as the bike is unused and returned in its original condition and packaging. For non-defective returns the customer covers the return shipping cost.
