Yes. Our bikes are 95% pre-assembled. You only need to install the front wheel, pedals, and handlebar. Tools and instructions are included in the package. The process is simple and beginner-friendly.

Shipping

Your order will be processed within 48 business hours. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery to your designated location. All delivery dates displayed on Gleecycle are estimates only.

After the product is shipped, you can contact the local logistics company to make an appointment for delivery.

Cancellations and Returns

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact service@gleecycle.com and state the reason for your cancellation. If the item has already been shipped, our service team will attempt to intercept the package. If interception is unsuccessful, please refuse the item upon delivery. In this case, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

Yes. You can return your e-bike to a designated location for our after-sales service. You will receive a refund if the e-bike is returned unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

If the reason for the return is a product defect, we will cover the shipping costs. Otherwise, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund processing time depends on the order status:
- Before shipment (tracking number not issued): Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days.
- After shipment (tracking number issued): Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
