Can I ride the bike in the rain?
Our e-bikes offer basic water resistance, suitable for light rain conditions. However, please avoid prolonged exposure to rain or submersion in water to extend the product’s lifespan.
Can I ride the bike using only pedals?
Absolutely. All models support pedal-only riding, just like a traditional bicycle.
What is the speed limit of the e-bike?
All bikes are factory-set with a maximum speed of 25 km/h, in compliance with EU law. If you're riding on private property, you may unlock the speed limit at your own discretion—but do not ride unlocked bikes on public roads.
Will I need to assemble the bike upon delivery?
Yes. Our bikes are 95% pre-assembled. You only need to install the front wheel, pedals, and handlebar. Tools and instructions are included in the package. The process is simple and beginner-friendly.

Un tout petit haut pour mes 1m55 et le poid du vélo est un peu conséquent pour mon calibre de 48 kg.
L'autonomie est très bien ainsi que le mode couple et cadence.

Je ne regrette pas mon achat.
Tolles Fahrrad, sehr reaktive Unterstützung, einfach und schnell zusammengebaut.
Komfortabel während der Fahrt und auch mit Hundekorb und Anhänger sehr gut zu fahren.
Es ist etwas schwer aber bei ausgebautem Akku trotzdem gut zu handeln und auf den Fahrradanhänger zu heben.
Super reaktive Bremsen, sehr guter Sattel und einfach zu bedienendes Display.
Die Gänge schalten sich sehr leicht, springen aber vor allem beim Zurückschalten nicht sofort in den richtigen, eingeschalteten Gang.
Ich fahre jeden Tag und bin mit dem Rad mehr als zufrieden.
Ein kleiner Tipp eurerseits bezüglich der Gangschaltung wäre sehr hilfreich und auch wäre es nützlich zu wissen, wo die Räder gewartet werden können.

Ein kleiner Tipp zur Schaltung: Wenn die Gänge beim Zurückschalten etwas verzögert reagieren, drehen Sie die Einstellschraube für die Schaltzugspannung einfach etwa eine halbe Umdrehung gegen den Uhrzeigersinn. Damit lässt sich die Schaltung in der Regel schnell feinjustieren.
Für normale Wartungsarbeiten können Sie sich an eine Fahrradwerkstatt vor Ort wenden. Bei Fragen zu elektrischen Komponenten oder Ersatzteilen helfen wir Ihnen natürlich gerne direkt weiter.

Nach einiger Zeit des Zusammenbaus hat man ein super Bike.
Es wird jetzt ausgiebig im Urlaub getestet, aber bis jetzt bin ich richtig begeistert.
Achtung, wenn ihr einen Gepäckträger nutzen möchtet: die Reifen sind ordentlich dick und das Bike an sich auch nicht schmal und schwer. Wir musstet einen neuen kaufen.
Hallo, kett 8 läßt sich gut fahren. Den Kratzerschaden hat der Service gut gelöst. Leider springt die Kette beim Fahren ab Gang 4 bis 8 raus,weil die Ritzelkassette keinen Leerlauf hat. Nach langem Suchen habe ich festgestellt, dass die Motorachsenmutter zu fest angezogen ist. Beim Lockern wurde es besser. Jetzt muß ich den Motor fest schrauben ohne dass die Kassette wieder fest geklemmt wird. Zwischen Kassette und der dünnen Mutter ist wenig Platz.
The product is absolutely wonderful, though I have a few observations and would appreciate some improvements. I noticed that the battery lasts no more than eight hours of use, which is very poor. Additionally, regarding the battery level display, it would be better to have a digital readout rather than a dot-based indicator. Otherwise, the bike's design is impressive and excellent.

Propleme gab es nur mit der Vorderradbremse .(quietscht)

Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung ca 12 Tage, völlig in Ordnung.
Aussehen,schöner als auf Bildern.
Zu den Fahreigenschaften ist folgendes zu sagen, gemütliche Tour mit brachialer Unterstützung.
Bin 1,81 m groß, Sitzposition nicht 100%tig
optimal, Rahmen könnte etwas größer sein.
Ich sitze zu nah am Lenker.
Kann es aber verschmerzen,werde versuchen den Sattel etwas weiter nach hinten umzubauen.
Andere Sattelstütze wird's werden.
Reichweite bei höchster Akkuunterstützung,
leichte Beladung (15kg), Körpergewicht 80kg,flach bis leicht hügelig, sehr gute 100km.
Bitte beachten beim Kauf,es ist kein Leichtgewicht 😉ca 40kg mit allen Anbauten.
Abschließend möchte ich sagen,ich liebe mein Lankeleisi Kett 8.
Ich besitze noch weitere Räder ab mit diesem Bike macht es besonders viel Spaß.

Hallo, ich kann das Fahrrad Lankeleisi Kett8 nur empfehlen, es ist ein Super Rad und macht viel Freude beim fahren.
Ausdrücklich möchte ich den Support der Firma Gleecycle loben. Ich habe selten so einen guten Austausch zwischen Kunde und Verkäufer erlebt wie hier.
Ich würde auch gerne mehr als 5 Sterne geben, weil ich so zufrieden war bisher. Ausserdem habe ich nun ein weiteres Kett8 bestellt.
Vélo commandé sur gleecycle, j'étais fébrile et inquiet ne connaissant pas ce site. Au final tout c'est très bien passé, le vélo est arrivé sans soucis en 1 semaine. L'emballage et la protection pour la livraison est irréprochable. Le vélo est hyper agréable, il est beau,confortable et ol marche fort, c'est un vrai plaisir !! Seul bémol, le guidon devrait être réglable en hauteur et pas seulement sur l'angle de la potence. Je recommande sans soucis gleecycle et le KETT8. Merci
Das Lankeleisi Kett 8 überzeugt in allen Bereichen. Vor allem die Leistung ist überragend. Auch die Stabilität und die Verarbeitung sind hervorragend. Einzig das Display könnte noch mehr Informationen über die Restlaufzeit des Accus liefern.
Schickes Bike mit ein paar Schwachstellen ab Werk
Ich habe das Lankeleisi KETT-8 jetzt rund 70 km getestet. Insgesamt macht das E-Bike einen wirklich guten Eindruck, allerdings gibt es ein paar Punkte, die potenzielle Käufer vorab wissen sollten:
⚠️ Wichtiger Fahrhinweis (Pedalaufsetzer):
Man muss in Kurven extrem aufpassen! Die Pedale sitzen relativ tief und schleifen in Schräglage sehr schnell auf dem Boden. Wenn man dann noch in der Kurve weitertritt oder das Bike einfedert, hebelt es einen schnell aus. In Kurven sollte das kurveninnere Pedal also unbedingt immer oben stehen!
Fahrgefühl & Federung:
Das Rad fährt sich im Alltag super. Allerdings fühlt sich das Heck beim starken Einfedern (z. B. bei Bodenwellen) etwas schwammig bzw. instabil an. Das ganze Hinterrad neigt dann leicht zum „Wackeln“ bzw. minimalen seitlichen Ausbrechen. Bei einem vollgefederten Bike (Fully) mit so dicken Reifen sollte die Führung eigentlich stabiler sein.
Lieferzustand, Schaltung & Service:
Hier gibt es leider Punktabzug. Dass die Schaltung ab Werk so schlecht eingestellt war, dass ich erst mal in eine Fahrradwerkstatt musste, ist bei einem brandneuen Fahrrad wirklich traurig. Hier sollte der Hersteller eine bessere Endkontrolle durchführen. Immerhin:
Habe ich vom Support eine kulante Erstattung von 30 Euro 50% bekommen. Der Service war also bemüht, den Fehler wiedergutzumachen.
Ergonomie & Griffe:
Die originalen Griffe habe ich direkt gegen ergonomische Griffe mit Handballenauflage getauscht damit ist der Fahrkomfort auf Langstrecken um Welten besser und die Handgelenke werden spürbar entlastet.
Größenempfehlung:
Ich bin 1,75 m groß und für mich passt es gerade so. Da der Lenker selbst in der höchsten Einstellung relativ tief sitzt, sitzt man doch recht sportlich und nach vorne gebeugt auf dem Rad. Größeren Menschen würde ich das Bike eher nicht empfehlen, da die Sitzposition dann schnell zu extrem und ungemütlich wird.
Fazit:
Ein optisch klasse E-Bike, das nach ein paar persönlichen Anpassungen richtig Spaß macht. Wer über die kleinen Schwächen ab Werk hinwegsehen kann und nicht zu groß ist, bekommt hier ein solides Spaßmobil!
Super Bike, Verpackung o.k. Montage einfach auch dank des mitgelieferten Werkzeuges. Alle Einstellungen ob elektronisch oder Schaltung, Bremsen waren in Ordnung. Sieht klasse aus fährt sich leicht und sicher. Akku reicht für über 100 km. Das einzige was ich vermisse ist eine Möglichkeit unterwegs Strom vom Akku abzuzapfen USB Anschluß für Navi o.ä.
Ich habe ein kett-8 gekauft und bei jedem Schreiben an den Service, bekam ich eine schnelle um Hilfreiche Antwort.
Darüber freue ich mich sehr. Die Hilfsbereitschaft des Services ist hervorragend.
Das Display zeigt keine Uhrzeit an, keine Anzeige der Restreichweite.
Keine Ainzeige in Prozenten des Batteriestandes. Gute Einstellung der Federung. Saubere Verarbeitung, bis auf kleine Lackfehler.
Der Drehmomentsensor vom Kett-8 ist ausgezeichnet. Dieser spricht sehr feinfühlig an.
Während der Fahrt kann man auch einfach auf den Trittfrequenzsensor umschalten. Leider beschleunigt jede Stufe im Trittfrequenzsensormodus auf die eingestellte Höchstgeschwindigkeit. Die einzelnen Stufen im Trittfrequenzsensormodus regeln nur die Stärke der Motorunterstützung. Vielleicht kann hier mit einem Firmware- bzw. Software-Update nachgebessert werden, damit jede einzelne Stufe bis zu einer bestimmten Geschwindigkeit begrenzt wird. Sobald man sich dem eingestellten Limit der aktuellen Stufe nähert, soll der Controller den Strom für den Motor ganz sanft reduzieren.
Ansonsten ist das Kett-8 sehr angenehm zu fahren. Sehr gute Sensorik im Drehmomentsensormodus. Es sind insgesamt sehr hochwertige Komponenten verbaut. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top!
Ich kann Gleecycle nur bestens weiter empfehlen. Ich habe bereits das zweite Lankeleise Kett8 gekauft und bin mit Versand, Kommunikation und Qualität vollstens zufrieden.

Fatbike kett-8 commandé sur le site le 6 mars 2026. Livré comme convenu 7 jours après. Vélo très bien emballé.
Seul petit bémol lors du montage, la notice n'est pas en Français, mais montage relativement facile avec un peu de bon sens.
Excellents contacts avec GleeCycle par mail. Réponses quasi immédiates.
