What is the product price? Do I need to pay for shipping?
All of our products include free shipping—no extra fees required. You can enter a discount code at checkout to enjoy special offers. The final price will reflect the applied discount.
What payment methods do you accept?
We support Klarna (installment payments), PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro.

Can I still ride the bike when the battery runs out?
Yes, you can ride it like a regular bicycle without power. There will be no significant resistance.
Does the bike come with a throttle?
Yes, our bikes come with removable throttles, allowing flexibility based on your needs. Please note that usage is subject to local regulations.
Are the products compliant with EU standards?
Yes. Our e-bikes are certified with EN15194, UN38.3, and MSDS, meeting both EU and UK e-bike safety standards—reliable and safe to use.
How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
A full charge usually takes 4–6 hours, depending on the battery capacity and charger specifications.
Is the battery removable?
Yes, all our batteries are removable, making it convenient to charge them at home, in the office, or anywhere with a power outlet.
Can I ride the bike in the rain?
Our e-bikes offer basic water resistance, suitable for light rain conditions. However, please avoid prolonged exposure to rain or submersion in water to extend the product’s lifespan.
Can I ride the bike using only pedals?
Absolutely. All models support pedal-only riding, just like a traditional bicycle.
What is the speed limit of the e-bike?
All bikes are factory-set with a maximum speed of 25 km/h, in compliance with EU law. If you're riding on private property, you may unlock the speed limit at your own discretion—but do not ride unlocked bikes on public roads.
Will I need to assemble the bike upon delivery?
Yes. Our bikes are 95% pre-assembled. You only need to install the front wheel, pedals, and handlebar. Tools and instructions are included in the package. The process is simple and beginner-friendly.

What if my order has not been shipped after 3 days?
We usually ship within 24 business hours. The following situations may delay shipping: Products are in the pre-sale stage (please check the product page for the estimated shipping time), during holidays, or if there are any further delays, we will proactively notify you by email.
